We work hard to ship your orders quickly and safely.
Processing Time
- Orders ship within 1-2 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
- Please note: Orders may take an extra 1–2 business days to ship due to higher order volume.
Packaging
- Small orders are shipped in bubble mailers.
- Larger items are shipped in boxes with padding.

- Canada — via Canada Post Expedited Parcel
- USA — via Canada Post/USPS Tracked Packet
- UK/Europe - via Canada Post Tracked Packet International
Rates
Canada Standard (Tracked): $9.99 CAD and up
USA Standard (Tracked): $12.99 USD and up
EU Standard International: $23.99 CAD and up — UK buyers pay 20% VAT + £8–12 handling fee on delivery (not included in checkout)
Shipping Cost Adjustments
If shipping ends up being much cheaper than expected, the difference will be refunded, but this rarely happens, so please don’t expect it to.
If you place multiple orders close together, message us so we can combine them and refund any extra shipping paid. If we don’t hear from you, orders will likely ship separately with no shipping refund.
Estimated Delivery
- Canada: ~2–8 business days
- USA: ~4–10 business days (customs may cause delays)
- International ~8-25 business days (customs may cause delays)
Customs & Import Taxes
US customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
United Kingdom Customers
Please note that all EU/UK orders are subject to import VAT (typically 19–25% depending on the destination country) and a handling fee of approximately €6–12, which are collected by your local postal service or courier upon delivery.
These charges are not included in your checkout total. They are standard for international orders shipped to the UK and Europe and are the responsibility of the buyer.

- We’re not responsible for carrier, weather, or customs delays.
- Double-check your address — incorrect info may lead to lost packages.
- The Skylands Vault isn’t liable for lost or damaged packages.
- If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and keep all packaging.
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
