We work hard to ship your orders quickly and safely.

Processing Time

  • Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Packaging

  • Small items (like Skylanders or games) are shipped in bubble mailers.
  • Larger items are shipped in boxes with padding.

Where We Ship

  • Canada — via Canada Post Expedited Parcel
  • USA — via Canada Post/USPS Tracked Packet or Expedited

Rates

  • Canada Standard (Tracked): $9.99 CAD
  • USA Express (Tracked): $12.99 CAD

Estimated Delivery

  • Canada: ~2–8 business days
  • USA: ~4–10 business days (customs may cause delays)

Customs & Import Taxes

US customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

  • We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
