We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something’s not right with your order, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible:
- Items must be in the same condition you received them (unused, with original packaging where applicable).
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Please note:
- Used games and collectibles are sold as-is. We do our best to describe and photograph condition accurately. Please review listings carefully before purchasing.
How to Request a Return
1. Email us at theskylandsvault@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll confirm if the return is approved and provide the return address (Ontario, Canada).
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we’re not responsible for lost returns.
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong item
We’ll work with you to make it right — this may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns on:
- Discounted or sale items
- Digital products or codes
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
